Clean and hygienic

L'hôtel est très bien placé, à 1 km du palais et du Dejavara Market, du centre commercial Nexus (le plus européen) , à 500m de l'arrêt de bus (201) pour aller à Chamundi Hill (60 roupies/P) et à 50m de l'hôtel restaurant Sandesh the Prince où l'on peut prendre le breakfast et autres repas. Le personnel de réception est courtois et avenant. Chambres non insonorisées, on entend la TV et les gens parler mais la rue la nuit est calme. La paroi de douche dans la salle de bains est indispensable pour nous, c'était parfait. Le ménage est fait méticuleusement chaque jour et le personnel est charmant. Kosher, le technicien est réactif à tout problème.

Pas de barre dans la salle de bains pour pendre les serviettes (qui restent mouillées) alors qu'il y a la place contre le mur pour en installer une. Le tuk tuk de l'hôtel est trop entreprenant, il faut mettre le hola de suite afin de garder notre liberté de transport.

Not value to money

The staff was not friendly. Especially at reception. We have stayed in Sarovar hotels, but this is nowhere nearby to Sarovar standards

I stayed at the hotel and had a generally comfortable experience. Hotel is situated in the heart of city. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they provided a detailed itinerary that made planning our days much easier. The property offers several convenient amenities, including cutlery and other useful in-room essentials, which made the stay feel homely and practical. However, the food was not very good, which was a bit disappointing compared to the otherwise comfortable setup.

Breakfast was normal but jain food options was very limited

Pre check charges are exorbitant, no complimentary breakfast having paid 9800 for 2. nights request for pre check charges refund

Location good

The beds are not at all comfortable, they do not offer proper comfort and support. This has to be addressed .
