"The staff were very helpful, cordial & Kishore one of their staff members also helped a lot."

We liked the fact that the location was within walking distance to many places like the Mysore Zoo, the Aquarium, and the Mysore Palace. The hotel facility was also new and were spotlessly clean and refreshingly good.

The location was missing the nice views out of the rooms, totally not pleasing to the eyes. Could have been better if the layout of the rooms were made keeping in mind these things.

buffet spread was not available on the second day even then they supplied what we asked for but it took some time. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and comfort not luxurious and grandiose.

The location can not afford a spacious lounge or garden so nothing can be done.
