"My stay was extremely comfortable and I managed with the location."

The apartment was wondering, the host thought of everything . The washer stopped working and the host actually took my laundry home to wash and dry it. So very accommodating.

The location is a bit out of the way.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, very clean, and well equipped with everything you might need. Silvia was a wonderful host and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I’d happily come back next time I’m in Perugia

The only downside for a group of 3 is that you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, so it’s not as convenient for the person staying in the second room

Soggiornare 1 settimana in questo appartamento è stato stupendo per tanti aspetti: l'esterno è bellissimo perché il palazzo è molto antico ma all'intero l'appartamento è arredato con stile moderno e ottimo gusto, la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario (frigo con freezer, cucina con induzione, bollitore, macchina del caffè, fette biscottate con confetture varie, lavatrice... Ecc), la pulizia ottima, la posizione perfetta perché con pochi passi tramite le scale mobili si arriva facilmente al meraviglioso centro storico di Perugia oppure facendo la strada opposta sempre tramite scala mobile si raggiunge piazza partigiani dove si trova il terminal bus (urbano/extraurbano) ma oltre tutti questi punti la vera differenza la fa Silvia: una persona davvero accogliente, disponibile, premurosa, attenta, cortese ecc.... Per noi è diventata un'amica preziosa. Grazie Silvia, abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile!!!

"Good flat that ticks all the boxes"

Nice little flat. Any problems and the owner was super fast and lovely about dealing with them

Initially it was vey cold but then Silvia sorted out heating. Only problem was it came on in middle of night

"Unfortunately it rained for the entire 2 days and lots of construction work in old Perugia."

Facilities inside were lovely and very clean.

Very dark and old staircase as you enter the apartment. Staircase awful but apartment lovely.
