Entire apartment was clean, well ventilated and had complete amenities. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Short walk to the parking and to the escalators that led to the city center. Good recommendations on where to go. We enjoyed our stay here and heartily recommend it to others.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, steps away from the city center, modern ,clean & comfortable. well equipped kitchen like home! The host Silvia is amazing. She always available and happy to help . I give the Apartment 5⭐️ accommodation.

Not Enough time, love to stay longer.

We were in the apartment for three nights. The apartment is better in person than in the photos. I was worried it would be claustrophobic (I'm 200cm tall after all) but it's not at all. Its size is quite normal. The ceilings are high and the room is large enough. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. It has absolutely all amenities. Its location is perfect. Less than 10 minutes from the mini metro station and the city center. Rocca Paulina is 2 min away. Silvia is extremely responsive and was helpful despite the problems she had. We're sorry we didn't get to visit her shop, but that's the way it goes with the weekends. The place helped a lot to feel good and enjoy the city and our stay. 10+ for the place and Silvia!

Well designed, stylish and practical

Great place to use as a base for visits in and around Perugia. A short walk from the restaurants, bars and attractions in the town centre, and very easy to get to the main Perugia train station for day trips further afield using the minimetro to get up and down the steep hills. Sylvia was a very friendly and welcoming host. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, and also provided some excellent recommendations for things to see/do and places to eat.

The appartment was so beautifully arranged, we felt very good, and the lady host is an extremely kind and friendly person, really recommend!

The property is very central and easy access to all the interesting places. Ten minutes walk to Rocca Paulina, the underground with escalators, with various exits that lead to bus station, train station, city centre and other attractions. Very clean apartment with all the bells and whistles, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, washing machine, big TV and we even had a box of Baci Perugina! To top it all up, the owner, Silvia was very helpful, during the booking and throughout the whole stay. We could not asked for a better service, which made our holiday much more comfortable and pleasant.

Perugia surprised us and left us with good memories. The apartment is well equipped, located in a very convenient location, has a stylish design, coffemashine, steam iron, hairdryer and etc. For example, you can walk to Piazza Italia or Partigiani bus station in 5 minutes. Also the owner is a very nice and friendly person. We were glad to meet her.
