The key of the room arrived late. We we're not able to check in and rest at once because we had to wait for the key of the room. But the place is nice.

Airton and Internet was good

The rooms are like storage room. Wash room was not even clean

Location is good. It's possible to check in late night or in the wee hours of the morning. AC is placed at a lower level (almost at floor level) so the cold air doesn't blow directly to your face. I think this place is ideal ONLY for those working in the area who needs a place for a night.

The biggest minus for me was the lack of internet access in the unit - no WiFi and no mobile signal (both Globe and Smart). There's a modem in the unit but not working (or no existing subscription). I messaged the unit owner/manager about it but did not respond. There's a TV in the room but no function at all (no local channel and can't access Netflix or Youtube since no internet in the unit). I checked in past 12 midnight, but when I get into the unit, the toilet and bath were wet like it was just used a minute ago. There was a review here that mentioned the moist icky rug - still same moist icky rug. The floor is so dusty; I didn't have slippers and the floor felt like stepping barefoot into a pavement. There was also a review here that mentioned the lack of information - and I concur. I would have appreciated to know where the garbage collection in the building is, and how to access the laundry facility.

Nice and Cozy for the room. Building is okay but needs improvement.

No parking space for renters. Cost me ₱370.00 just for 12 hours.
