Bathroom needs attention inc black in grouting :( , sleeps 8 only seats 4 at dining table , sofa ripped , large water stain and sagging on lounge ceiling , I read it to have 2 bathrooms only 1 for 8 people so misleading
USThe location, the ease of check in
The pictures were way nicer than the reality. Also, my companions thought I was joking when I said we had arrived because there were waist high weeds literally blocking the doorway, trash in the yard, and a pile of a dozen cigarettes butts in the yard. Also, it would be so easy to make it nicer - a hook to actually hang the hand towel in the bathroom for a start.

GBGBThis was my first time booking a house as accommodation for my family. Based on this experience I will look to do this more often rather than booking a hotel.
Nothing particularly comes to mind and if it did, I think it would be a ‘picky’ comment as everything was good and fit for purpose.

Parking was a little strange but we were warned prior, so a little walk no hardship!

The beds were quite small (Apart from the Master!) so make sure you like the person you’re sharing a bed with! The pool table is tiny so don’t expect it to keep you occupied for hours.
