La struttura è molto bella, con numerose piscine, tante attività, un parco acquatico divertente e una sala giochi ben attrezzata per i bambini.

Purtroppo i servizi lasciano molto a desiderare. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto pagare 165 € di tassa di soggiorno invece dei 55 € previsti, per un errore, ci è stata poi comunque rimborsata la differenza entro tre giorni. L’uso dei lettini è gestito in maniera discutibile: se non ti svegli alle 7 per prenotarli e restare fino alle 10, rimuovono i tuoi effetti personali dalle sdraio, mentre famiglie intere occupano tre o quattro ombrelloni senza problemi. Risultato: alle 10 quasi tutti i lettini sono già occupati. Il cibo è poco vario, la pulizia approssimativa: più volte si sono dimenticati di lasciare tutti gli asciugamani di ricambio, quelli della piscina spesso erano macchiati. L’intrattenimento è solo in inglese, e sorprende che non ci sia una navetta gratuita o a prezzo ragionevole per Kos, dato che la struttura è molto isolata (noi abbiamo pagato 45 € per raggiungerla). Un vero peccato, perché con una migliore gestione dei servizi e dell’organizzazione potrebbe essere un’ottima scelta per famiglie.

Accueil impersonnel, aucune explication Personnel sous pression et des fois peu souriants mais on les sent blasés Les piscines ferment à 18h ce qui est très tôt pour la Grèce Cocktails vraiment pas bons, boissons à disposition bas de gamme, le vin est une piquette Buffets variés mais souvent peu qualitatifs et très peu authentique

The Hotel location is perfect, close to the airport, clean beutiful beach, good pools, activities.

Allinclusive is really under the standard mainly drinks. Coctails are mainly liquide headache with sugar syrupe in plastic cup. When you assigne for allinclusive it is really disappointed you cannot have a proper drink. Walls and doors are paper thin, so there is no chance for long sleeping , claening lady start at 7 and wakes you up with shouting and dropping her stuf around. We finished 1 week really tired and spend more money somewhere else for a normal value drink. Pools closed at 18:00 sometimes even earlier.

The location

I only stayed here for 7 hours as I had. late flight. Staff were very friendly. My room was clean with a lovely Seaview. I managed to eat in one of the many snack bars dotted around the place. The food was exceptional, especially the cakes. I would recommend this for families. Lots of pool areas

They taxed me un necessarily and couldn't work out how to refund. Stil left owed money and nothing recieved as yet. Staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing at reception. Its comical watching them work Never seen such kaos in a hotel reception in my life
