Location great for our needs, near family. Had everything we needed and very clean, the welcome hamper was lovely.

No microwave, would have been useful.

Love the location milk bread and treats a lovely touch very comfortable

It's so convenient for a visit to family in riccall

This felt like a home away from home, they went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect and have thought of everything you could possibly need😊 There was bread and biscuits on arrival, with milk and juice (and even an Easter egg!) I would truly recommend this to anyone visiting local areas (even York!).

Had a lovely stay here for the weekend, great little spot, all amenities provded and some lovely extra touches from host too, would stay again

Cosy little bedsit away from the hustle and bustle of busy city centres.

No issues - sofa bed is a little firm but more than manageable.

It was a very cosy and comfortable place to stay. It was close to York to travel to. Very clean and tidy. There was food left for us which was so lovely .

Didn't realise bed was a sofa so wasn't the most comfortable but it was okay.
