Nice range of local beers made using Chablis Must.

Room was cramped. Bathroom in need of renovation with mould and peeling plaster. Access from A6 eastbound is not well signposted after motorway exit.

Good location for a stop over. Comfy bed. Very helpful staff.

it was somewhere to sleep.

but I wish I had taken something else. after a long day of driving it was not great to feel cheated. 75 euros for this offer is far too much. Getting there was a nightmare as we had gone for dinner in Auxerre and because of the toll road that it is on they make you drive back about 25km and then back up to auxerre ibis sud. don’t bother. spend the extra money and time and stay in another place. it’s what I will be doing next time. plus the room felt a bit like a prison cell or maybe at best something I stayed in that was a youth hostel when I was a teenager. which if I’m paying much less it’s fine. but this doesn’t represent decent value for the money paid.

We paid but the directions displayed it on wrong side of motorway. Even when we called they couldn't explain how to get in. Second hotel we paid for this day and did not stay. Drove another 50 miles and paid to stay in another ibis. As they would not transfer the fee

The room was very good, comfortable, clean and appropriate as a one-night stop off to break the journey to our final destination. The breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We ordered a pizza as an evening meal and this was also better than we had expected.

Only criticism is that no white wine was available, which we found surprising given that we were staying in a wine-growing region.
