Clean the reception by the staff and the location

The evening restaurant was appalling only two microwaved pizzas available

Easy to find. Well presented. Polite and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

No food on site but autoroute services located nearby. Room was a bit cold. Free WiFi is basic.

Great parking front and rear . I drive a fridge van which requires a generator on at night so I can park here away from the hotel without disturbing others .

Breakfast was poor . I went in at 0530 when it starts . Bacon was half cooked swimming in water and cold . Ham was almost frozen . No yogurts / fruit puree available .

Location

We had no cold water so couldn’t shower or brush our teeth. Our little girl nearly got burnt in the shower as the water was coming out scalding hot. When mentioned to the reception lady, she said they were aware and someone was coming to fix, we were not told of this on check in.

On the motorway service area so easy to get to and great not having to leave the motorway

No restaurant. The staff offered us a selection of heatable meals. The only alternative was the cafeteria of the service area which had standard motorway food. It would be nice to have a proper restaurant.

Friendly, efficient and good breakfast. Overall good value for money
