It is a self check in place but this info is not provided beforehand. There was no one to assist when I arrived and I had to stay at the main entrance of the apartment for a while after a very hot sweaty day outside because I didn't know how to get to the place. Luckily there was another guest inside who opened for me and helped me get settled in. The owner had apparently tried to contact me but only on the day of check in but being in a new country I had no access to wifi to see her message. There is no one to come and check if supplies are finished or not and when I asked if my room could be serviced the next day, I was told "we are not a hotel". My sheets were not clean and I had to ask for them to be changed. Because no one is checking, you can end up with no supplies or with built up trash in your room which you're expected to take out. There is no free shuttle as had been mentioned in the description.

Nice room with private bathroom at the last floor of a tall building in the outskirts of Pisa. The view from our balcony was really nice. The apartment is clean and the owner friendly and kind. There is space for parking the car a few meters away from the building.

The mattress of the bed was not that comfy for me.

Apartment was on 6th floor but Elevator is available. Both the Room was nice and kitchen has all the basic requirements. Landlord was good and ready to help. View from the balcony was also good.

Perfect location, there are several bus stops near the house. Beatiful view from the balcony, very clean room. The owner was very nice too. The room is perfect for longer stay too.

The walls are a little bit thin so it is easy to hear some noises from the neighbours.
