Clear instructions from booking till key retrieval. The friendliness of the hosts, and I loved seeing Alessandro every morning. Quiet neighborhood. I love walking! I walked from the train station, and enjoyed the walk along the river to the Leaning Tower, but you may find this quite a distance on a hot day. I would stay here again!

the property itself is fine and clean.

I didn’t like the fact that I was unable to make contact (for reasons unknown) with the host for 45 mins while standing outside the building at 10.30 at night while not certain that I was in fact at the right place. Da Debba is flat on the 6th floor of an apartment complex and there is no signage that indicates its existence in that building. I feel the host should be clearer about the exact building location and should share the access method in advance. Ultimately she did call me and everything was fine but I had a very nervous 45 minutes there for a while.

The place is calm, clean and comfortable also the people is very kind and helpful, hotel owner is very nice, you feel that you are in your home

Helpful and friendly hosts. Clean, spacious room with private bathroom and terrace/balcony. City centre and train station can easily be reached by bus.
