Хороший, новый отель. Шумоизоляция в номерах на высоте!

Испортил наш отдых шум от стройки, которая идёт на территории отеля. Хотелось насладиться шумом моря и тишиной, вместо этого «наслаждались» звуком резки плитки. Ясно, что по другому быть не может в только что открывшемся отеле, еще некоторое время будет что-то достраиваться, но я предпочту переждать и вернуться сюда, когда уже точно все будет доделано, чтобы спокойно гулять по территории и находиться в номере с открытым балконом.

Гостеприимный персонал,хорошая кухня, отличный дизайн во всем. Продумано до мелочей для создания уюта и комфорта. Нет недочётов.

Немного неудобств в столовой в выходные дни,но спишу на местный колорит.

"Overall I would highly recommend this resort"

When we walk into the lobby we said wow and when we left a week later we said wonderful. The grounds were beautiful,the pool and beach was beautiful. A great place to take the kids as they have a great kids water park and water slides.

It's a little isolated as there is no other place to eat or visit. They have a shuttle you can take to town.

Новый отель, все чисто. Все номера с видом на море и горы. Все просьбы выполнялись молниеносно - принести воды в номер, внепланово заменить белье, починить кондиционер, починить замок дверной и т.п. Для детей есть игровая комната, две площадки на улице, аквапарк.

Нужно более детально проработать еду для маленьких детей, им нечего есть, особенно на полдник с 15 до 17 В наше пребывание доделывалось благоустройство - сцена, ресторан у моря, некоторые зоны были перекрыты, могло быть шумновато. Нет ни одного крючка в ванной, некуда вешать полотенца. Пол очень скрипел при ходьбе

"Сделать подогреваемые бассейна, хотя бы в детской зоне."

Отличный отель, все новое. Еда и напитки супер. Все вкусно. Для детей много активностей. Ухоженная территория, много зелени. Персонал очень старается. Уборка номеров великолепная.

Холодная вода в бассейне. Мы были в конце января, начале февраля и были сильные ветра. В море особо не покупаешься из-за волн, а в бассейне было холодно. Поэтому покупаться так сказать не удалось
