+10 из 10 за кухню. Все включено. Большой ассортимент, каждый день добавляют новые блюда. Не было очередей. Все было очень вкусно. +Территория отеля чистая и ухоженная. +Остановились семьей во время циклона, поэтому наличие бассейна и водных горок спасли наш отдых. +Номера просторные и чистые, очень все удобно.

-Персонал выглядит уставшим от туристов, на просьбы часто не реагируют. Если что-то необходимо, нужно по несколько раз просить. Иногда молча отмахивались рукой, что ничего нет, с намеком идите от сюда. -Сотрудники-Аниматоры были разные и все очень скучные. Не умеют завлекать и проводить игры. -Вечерние концерты ужасны, плохая музыкальная аппаратура, которая очень громко звучит, еще и со сбоями. Можно оглохнуть. Во время плохой погоды, когда нельзя было заходить в море, да и в принципе не выйти на улицу, не хватает как раз мероприятий в отеле. (Рекомендуем Вам продумать организацию вечерних мероприятий и нанять хороших аниматоров и вы будете НА ВЫСОТЕ👍)

"90% шумных китайцев"

Завтрак отличный. Есть аквапарк. Номер большой, кровать удобная.

Много китайцев, которые очень шумят. С ними совсем не комфортно. Релакса нет. Взяли 100 000 донгов за дополнительное одеяло, хотя в других отелях Вьетнама всегда давали бесплатно.

Beautiful resort.

The resort needs at least another restaurant for variation. Heated pools are a must for cooler seasons. The shower Gel also needs to be much bigger. Better drinks for the All Inclusive option.

Mittelgroßes Resort Super essen Sauberer Strand Ganztägige Kinderbetreuung mit Wochenprogramm.

Die Hauptgäste sind hier und die Region die Russen. Dies wirkt sich entsprechend auf Animation und Programm des Hotels aus. Der Kinderpool ist ab Nachmittag im Schatten, wenn dann noch der Wind geht, ist es auch bei 28 Crad kalt.
