There was no hot water in the shower. I contacted the host, who mentioned that everything had been working fine before, but the issue was not resolved. As a result, we struggled to use the shower. Additionally, the central heating system was not working, and I couldn't find a thermostat in the caravan to adjust the room temperature. When I reached out to the host, he responded that all instructions were available in the boiler room. However, I could only find maintenance records and dates. Despite these challenges, we managed to stay without heating in the caravan( all were severing in the early morning)and hot water in the shower. This experience has made me lose trust in Booking.com for future bookings."

The site of the caravan is very convenient. Caravan brought me back to my childhood days of holidaying in Rhyl.

There is no wifi provided at the caravan nor on the site, we did ask but they said they don't provide this. This was an issue as signal isn't great in Wales. We were only told the day before that bedding isn't provided, this is not an issue but should be more clearer on the booking.

The caravan was so homely from the moment we stepped in we felt comfortable, I loved that there was a welcome basket full of information/leaflets for everything you may need during your stay.

Nothing at all, we didn’t want to leave.
