The location was good.

No Internet, no bedding I had to buy bedding for all 8 beds, no extra bin bags provided, shower room had no shower mats, toilets no soap to wash hands. The carpet in the sitting room smelled awfully and I was mostly concerned about my babies playing on the carpet.

Location, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and all utensils.

Lack of bed sheets, towels, pillow cover, still saying the same old COVID reasons. In total there were 5 beds and 6 pillows...so bringing bed and pillow cover was really difficult.

From the minute i booked i was kept informed of all the details we needed to know, arrival was straightforward and we found the mobile home clean and with all the home comforts we needed for a family weekend away. Great position on the site near all amenities. We had a great time and both ny grandchildren loved it. My youngest age 2 said when we was going home "i don't want to go home i want to go back to the caravan". Somewhere i will definitely book again for our family mini break.

We didn't have enough time to do everything we wanted in 2 days!

The caravan was nice although there was a slight smell as though someone had been sick the night before in the main bedroom and the person who had stayed there the night before knocked on asking if his charger had been left which we found a little odd as it hadnt. However, the caravan was clean and what you would expect.

The park and staff were rude and informative, causing us to miss out on many things at the park. Human Feacle matter on the disabled toilet floor. Very unclean areas. Drug taking in the entertainment toilet. We wouldn't be returning to this park again it has gone very downhill compared to last year. We are avid caravaners, but it's just not value for money for us now. Prices were extortionate, and the food was appalling. I had breakfast this morning, which I wouldn't say was a taxing effort for the chef it was scrambled egg on toast. It was stone cold rubber as though it had been sat on a countertop since 7am the previous morning. Very poor all round, really a great deal of staff act like they don't want to be there.

Caravan was lovely and clean, nice and roomy as well. A separate toilet to shower was excellent. All the beds were very comfortable- and the living room was spacious for a caravan with lots of seating.

Nothing - it was all lovely and the hosts communication was excellent. Kept in touch all the way through and answered a tech idiots question about the tv very quickly
