Very good location. Apartment is huge.

The checkin onsite was not available. Online Checkin in booking.com was not available. Host forced me to send a photo from my ID via WhatsApp, though I told him I was not comfortable with it. The group was tired and you get the message “No ID, no checkin”.. not again.

Perfect location. Spacious. Generally it is a nice place to stay.

Main objection - reality differs from description. We chose the place bacause of 3 bedrooms and breakfast. But there is actually only 1 private bedroom + 2 beds in a larger walk-thru room, so it cannot be called as 2 bedrooms. Besides, only 2 beds had bed linens, although we booked for 3 guests. Breakfast was some pieces of food left in kitchen - we can survive and bought our own food, but you cannot call 3 croisans and 3 waffles to be a breakfast for 3 people for 3 days. WiFi was not working, but that is not the most crucial nowadays.

only problem was we had no hot water in the shower, we got in late so only showered in the morning just before we had to leave, so the owner could not get it sorted in time, it was just a switch that had not been turned on, perhaps that should have been checked before we arrived. and the shower was not clean, that definitely should have been checked before we arrived.

Huge apartments on two floors with a terrace - a family of 6-8 people can easily live there. Close to the station, less than 10 minutes to the central street Etnea.

The apartment is good, but needs to be taken care of.

I felt deceived. The host advertises car park and breakfast. As per the car, I had to go arounf the place to find a place to park, and I couldn't park close to the apartment. The breakfast, you can see by the pictures i am sending. Bathroom needed some cleaning.

The landlord was following up the booking several times.

Actually there were not two private bedrooms. One bed was located in the living room without any privacy and it was not mentioned in the booking advertisement. The hot water was not enough for 4 persons. After taking one shower, the hot water was finished. Breakfast was not enough and the coffee machine was not working properly. Overally, we are not satisfied.
