The room was big enough

The air conditioning system needs cleaning. I got a lung infection due to the air conditioning. The kitchen cupboards were not clean. There was spoons missing etc. when you put the switch on in the bathroom the fan turned on but the smell wasn’t bad

Spacious luxury apartment with separate bedroom, large walk-in shower, open plan kitchen, dining and living room, with washing machine. Free access to rooftop pool and gym and great restaurant. Air con and fans in apartment which was clean, modern, and ideally situated next to cafes, restaurants and shops. Sea views and just across the road from the beach. Balconies with great views as from rooftop pool too. Would definitely stay here again. Negombo is a more relaxed alternative to Colombo before/after a long flight. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Good option for a short stay in Negombo, especially if you are traveling through or need to be close to the port or airport. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a nice sea view. Overall a convenient place for a quick stop during the trip.

Really friendly host called Desh. Waited for us past 1am to help us check in and take our bags up to the room. He also let us stay a few hours after so we could organise transport and locked away our winter clothes from NZ for us to pick up before we leave Sri Lanka. Booked here again for our last day as it was so lovely

Location was convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. We were provided with pool towels and the view upstairs for sunset was great. We were allowed early check in and late check out which was so handy. The staff were amazing, helping with anything we needed.

Anish was an excellent host - very helpful.

Noise from the restaurant kitchen starting at 5 am. I had to go up to the floor above to find they were breaking open coconuts on the (dirty) floor using an axe. In fairness they did not realise we were in a bedroom below and they stopped. However, they were also trundling hard wheeled trolleys back and forth from their loading bay to the kitchen from 5 am until I gave up and took a shower. There were also a number of maintenance issues that should not have been up to me to point out. The dripping a/c was dealt with but I just gave a short list of other items they could deal with if they please, after we left. The room was tired and scruffy. Luckily we only had one night.
