À fuir! C’était pas du tout adapté / Le logement était trop petit. Fausse information sur les photos. Pas possible de manger ni de ce poser.

La ubicación está muy buena, porque es a la vuelta de la estación del tren que te trae de Osaka y estás cerca de todo. El tatami era bastante cómodo. En las fotos parece más pequeña de lo que es. La comunicación fue siempre excelente.

El único detalle es que no tenía ningún té o café de cortesía como suelen dejarte en todos lados.

濡れた雑巾のような雑菌の匂いがただよっていて、不快でした。その点だけもったいないなと思いました。おそらく清掃の段階で発生してしまっている匂いでした。

Vi forespurgte at stille bagage, og fik at vide et par uger før ophold at det ville være muligt. Ved opfølgning dagen før fik vi at vide det ikke var muligt alligevel.

Good location. Could sleep 3-4 people.

Only providing one key made it difficult to enjoy Kyoto with different people wanting to do different things.

Great location and spacious apartment!

Not tea bags and amenities like some other places we stayed but overall great.

The location was great as its close to the station, shopping areas, halal restaurants, convenience stores and Kemo river are within walking distance. Its easy to get bus and taxis. The place is clean, comfortable and convenience.

Rubbish were not collected through our 4 nights stay. Our room faces the main street and offers good views of whats going on outside but at the same time, can be very noisy especially at night. We checked in at 3.20pm as the room was not ready. However the staff was nice and apologised for the delay. Messages to the management were not promptly responded. No room/space provided to store luggage if you arrived earlier than the check-in time. Overall, we were happy with out stay at Rest Collection.
