The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything. The room was surprisingly spacious—much larger than expected. Having a private kitchen, bathroom, and plenty of wardrobe space made the stay very comfortable. Everything you need is right there.

No trash can in the bathroom. It was very difficult for disposing of sanitizers/hygiene products especially if you are on your period.

Close to train station, mall, restaurants, and Family Mart. Room was spacious and comes with most things you would need for a short stay.

關於鑰匙的交付與歸還程序存在重大問題。 雖然事前收到了領取鑰匙的相關訊息，但由於密碼鎖（Key Box）設定有誤，導致我無法順利取得鑰匙。我後來透過網站查找負責人的電話並與之聯繫，在等待約 20 分鐘後才終於成功開鎖。 此外，關於退房手續，我收到的指示是「請將鑰匙放在房間桌上，鎖門後離開」。然而，由於該門鎖並非自動鎖，若將鑰匙留在室內，根本無法從外部上鎖。無奈之下，我只能在未上鎖的情況下離開，並隨即發訊息要求負責人儘速處理。 因為我精通當地語言且對京都非常熟悉，所以才能夠自行解決這些問題。但對於不具備這些條件的旅客來說，這似乎是一間非常難以使用的飯店。
