Owner there everyday for help with any problem. Has good common area for relaxing, drinking etc. Good get a good sense of security as the owner respect his customers also privacy is great. Food close, nightlife, massages and alot more. Will return and look forward to the stay.

Had to leave Chiangmai that is what didn't like.

Very close with every place. If u from airport just using airport bus 50baht/ person-Stop at Tha phae gate at walk 2min to Born. 5min to 7 eleven.

Nice and friendly staff. Good and quiet location, only a few steps away from the old town. The room is big and the beds super comfortable.

The flush of the WC in the room is quite weak. So if you got some bigger business, better go to the public WC

Walls are really thin and you can hear everything in the next rooms. The rooms need a refresh and update . There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom .

Very close (about 200m/650 f) to Tha Phae Gate. Very good for low-budget travelers. It was a surprisingly quiet place, even though it was near a busy tourist spot.

I think the walls between rooms are very thin so I can hear the neighbors voices. And running water noises. I guess this place is good for who can sleep anyplace anywhere.

very friendly staff, very good facilities, water bottle in the room, free coffee in the morning
