In the center of the city. Ok place to stay for night or two. Would not be happy to stay longer. But it was also cheap so for the money you pay is completely fine. Nice people runing it.

Seems like not taken care of regulary. Quite old . But as I have said, couple of days in the center for the price you pay, is great. So in general no need to complain .

Paper thin walls

For me the location was perfect. The owners and manager were just wonderfully nice people and so welcoming. The room was small but I didn’t need it any bigger and it was clean and tidy. Despite being quite central I couldn’t hear much noise from outside. It was exactly what I need as a sleeping base and I liked it so much I’ve booked it again on my route back through Chiang mai

Excellent location and staff!! Apart from the room that was super comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated; the STAFF 🙌. They have been super gentle and helpful since the moment I arrived. They helped me to book transportation to go to Chiang Rai and Pai (I thought it was easier, but if you don't book in advance you can't find public transport for these destinations spontaneously). They even helped me and made me feel super safe by reorganising a part of my trip because of the transportation issue mentioned before. They made me place to stay an extra night since I had to make last minute changes. I highly recommend this place and I will come back for sure!

Location was good, staff were really friendly and helpful. For the price you pay, it’s okay value. Beds were comfortable!

The rooms were quite run down, bathroom was not clean and in need of refurbishment.

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean, great value, very spacious, great location near the thae pae gate walking distance to both the old town and the night bazaar, good wifi, the shower has hot water, the AC works really well, and the owner has a cute dog that stays in the reception throughout the day <33 I was originally placed in a room with windows, but the street sounds really bothered me, and the owner was very sympathetic and offered to move me into a quieter room without windows

You get what you pay for, the building is old so there isn’t sound insulation and you can hear street noise and noise from the hallway (especially if you have a room with windows), there is a slight damp/mold smell that goes away when you turn on the AC, the bathroom has a stronger mold smell, the king mattress is two twin mattresses next to eachother, and you can feel the springs on the mattress so it isn’t the most comfortable. But overall this place works well for a short stay and is great if you’re on a budget but want a private room & bathroom, just don’t expect it to be like a 5 star hotel

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything you need. The room has two beds, and both were comfortable. Hot shower is working. Host were very helpful and kind.
