CZA pretty well-equipped kitchenette. The property was guarded by a man at the reception desk.
The accommodation was absolutely appalling! I found a dead cockroach under the nightstand, and I had to kill another bug that was trying to crawl into a crack near the bathroom entrance. At night, we could hear the cockroaches eating something inside the walls. There were visible holes in the walls from the cockroaches living there. The walls were scuffed, cracked, and in terrible condition. The upholstered headboard of the bed was stained and tarnished with disgusting dirt. It was a very low standard for the money they charged! When we tried to sort out canceling our reservation, the man at the reception referred us to the manager, who was no longer there, and told us to come back the next morning. Following our request to cancel the reservation, they sent a cleaning lady the next day, who was supposedly going to save the day... That was all they offered from their side. The photos of the accommodation looked nice, but the reality was completely different. I would rather look for other accommodation; you can definitely find a place with a private bathroom for the same price! Not to mention that the towel was disgustingly dirty upon arrival!
CHGBI saw 3-4 cockroaches in the kitchen and also in my room, so please keep it clean
