annex all on the flat. lovely grounds but not suitable for disabilities.

access a bit difficult for one of the party. tv difficult to master, didn’t like to bother owner but very helpful.

"Beautiful and cozy place to spend some good time with family"

the property is surrounded by beautiful nature and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming.. My family and I enjoyed our time there and if we ever get the chance to go somewhere around Melton Keynes (again), we will definitely book it again.

A fabulous location with great hosts. Everything was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the attention to detail throughout the house was much appreciated.

"Beautiful location in the countryside, with secure gated parking, and easy access to local amenities"

The location is beautiful and very peaceful, with a canal nearby and surrounding fields. There is secure parking with easy access through the main gates, (probably one of the only local places that offer this). I booked this place for my 84 year old father (who has Alzheimer's) and my mother, who both loved it. They felt comfortable and relaxed in a very clean and warm house with all the facilities they needed, Barry was an excellent host and was always available. I highly recommend staying here rather than the local hotels, and would be happy for my folks to stay again.
