Апартаменты понравились, было всё необходимое, в квартире чисто. До центра города пешком 10-15 минут, обратно немного в горку, в целом дорога не напрягала. Отдельно отмечу, что нам предоставили место для парковки в подземном паркинге, это было важно, так как в центре непросто припарковать машину. Хозяин оперативно отвечал на сообщения и быстро приехал нас заселить, бронировали день в день.

A wonderful and very cozy apartment in a convenient location. The metro station is nearby, as well as a bus stop with direct service to the airport. The Old Town is within walking distance. The apartment is air-conditioned, clean, comfortable, and full of character. The room is equipped with everything you might need — dishes, toiletries, towels, and more. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. The host is exceptionally friendly and reliable. Huge thanks to the owner! Highly recommended!

I was contacted by the owner 15 days before the booking on booking chat, and he told me to contact him on his private number on WhatsApp. I contacted him and agreed to share the check in instructions before the arrival. On the arrival day 5 hours before the agreed check-in time, I was at the airport and sent the owner an inquiry about the instructions to check in but was surprised that he could not accept me due to a fire in the previous day which he did not inform me about. He offered me his neighbor apartment which is smaller than the apartment i booked and told me if i don’t like it just search for another apartment and the booking will be cancelled automatically claiming that no payment will be deducted from my card and refused to cancel my booking from his side. I called booking customer service team to find alternative and shared with them the story and they contacted the owner but he denied the whole story and informed them that i can go to the apartment. Booking customer service team contacted me again and told me to go to the apartment and contact them in case the owner did not give me the apartment. When i spoke with the owner again he told the apartment is not available and there is only the neighbor apartment or i can search for another. Since i was in the plan on my way to Georgia with my family i was not able to search for another apartment in very short time and i had to accept the neighbor apartment. To be honest the neighbor apartment was not bad but it was smaller from the apartment i booked and without balcony and I had to pay the same price.
