Clean, nice, good communication with the owner.

The property is good, and good value for money, but I guess not very modern and not enough space.

This was my second time booking this home in Tbilisi, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The host is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person who truly goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect and that we feel at home. His warm hospitality and genuine care made our stay even more special. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Thank you for everything! ❤️

The manager gave us even a better apartment. The apartment is very well located in the heart of old Tbilisi, surrounded by beautiful tourist attractions. All you need is within walking distance, including markets, the metro, and other essential spots. Mr Albert is very responsive and always ready to help, making the stay even more comfortable. Very good place to stay for exploring the city . Don't miss it!

Maybe small improvement in the bathroom.

Wi-Fi was ok, easy check in. Comfortable bed. The lady collecting the money was very nice.

Could be warmer, also a lot cleaner.
