The view

The apartment was very clean and modern! The beds were comfortable and slept well. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed.

There was about a 7 minute walk/hike up hill from parking. We were fine with it and enjoyed the apartment but it is good to know for those that might struggle with mobility!

Absolutely wonderful appartement ! Family of 5 we had a great stay. Great efficient arrival. Kitchen is well equipped with quality equipment. Even the wine glasses were better than could be expected. The spacious balcony with a spectacular views worth the stairs 🤣 lots of light.

A stand alone heater in the bathroom would have been Nice 🙂

Big flat, with nice view, confortable and clean

Location was difficult specially for someone with big luggage or people with a cane. You have to walk through a tunnel, a hill and climb several stairs

Loved in interior and the view was awesome! The host was amazing he went above and beyond and was available every time we had to get a hold of him- even called to arrange us a cab when we couldn’t get one. The property was large and modern inside and nice touch with the games room!

Lots of stairs up to the property and if you need parking should park at the train station (which the host mentioned). 5 min walk from there. The neighbourhood around is a little run down but nothing the host could do about that. You have a gate to your front door as well.

The apartment is spacious and sunny. The balcony wraps around two sides of the building and is accessible from two of the bedrooms as well as from the sitting room. It's wonderful to wake up, walk onto the balcony and take in that marvelous view. The open plan kitchen has an induction stove that is quite easy to figure out, I appreciated the fact that the kitchen was so well supplied. I like to cook, even on vacation. The bathroom has a nice shower, the beds were comfy, and the location is very convenient, being a short walk from the train station.

This is more of a caveat than a complaint, but getting a fantastic view like this one involves climbing some hills!

After a bit of searching and some stairs we were very pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the apartment. Clean and spatious lovely decirated it was a true home to us for 2 days. Pleasant contact with the host. Thank you!

Amazing views over La Spezia, very clean, comfortable beds, good shower & wonderful balcony views.

The living room area was a bit ‘games’ focused. Could do with a comfortable seating area but spent a lot of time on the balcony so not an issue.
