Location was described as town centre which is why I chose it, but it was almost out on the ring road
FKThe use of the washing machine was fab!
The mattress on the bed - we felt that it didn't quite fit properly, my pillows slid down the back a lot. However, this didn't bother us a lot! I struggled with the light in the bathroom turning off, sometimes I had to move quite alot for it to turn on, but I also noticed that movement in the bedroom would activate it when it probably shouldn't?

The mattress was too soft. The bathroom light was a little annoying as it goes off whilst your still in there and the fan didn’t stay on for long enough

evidence of black mould in the bathroom & a corner of the bedroom. Lighting sensor in the bathroom goes off too quickly. Entertaining if you are sat on the toilet. fan in there also v noisy in the middle of the night.

Bed wasn't that comfortable and nowhere to put clothes like a small set of drawers
GBGBQuiet location but within 10-15 mins walk to centre of Chichester. Also on bus route. Allocated parking space which is visible from the property. Co-Op 3 mins walk. All very comfortable.
I'm only 5 ft 1. Cupboard height for pots and pans and opening kitchen and living room area windows was a struggle. If there was a set of steps I didn't find them.
