Quite area. Allocated parking space.

1) Address issue: it took me ~2 hours to find the flat, and only because a neighbour helped me to find it. I didn't know what house I should look for. The house numbering and naming in the area were far from clear. The owner should have added that the flat is on a building compkex called "Maurice Court". I saw a flat 17 at this building right when I arrived, but I thought "Maurice Court" should be a different address, not related to Chatsworth Road. Adding "Maurice Court" to the address would have saved me 2 hours of searching. I don't understand why the flat owner didn't add this key info. 2) Kitchen: the freezer can't be used, was full of ice. Also the small freezer compartment in the fridge was icing up. The toaster roasted. Cups unclean, yellow stains inside the cups. Sink drain blocked. No kitchen towels to dry dishes. 3) Bathroom: black mould in the celling. The bathroom light was annoying as it goes off fast whilst you are still in, even you are when you are moving, such as taking a shower. Absolutely inconvinient. 4) Bedroom: the mattress too soft, not conformable for sleeping. Black mould in a corner of the bedroom and behind the bed. Nowhere to put clothes (no wardrobe or hanger). 5) Living room: no table in front of the sofa. I could see in the comments that some of the issues I listed above have been already raised also by other guests, but it seems that the owner doesn't care for them. The flat owner doesn't seem to be willing to address the issues. For instance, when I contacted the owner and explained to them how difficult it was to find the flat and if they would have added in the address description that the flat is within "Maurice Court", the owner replied that: [they've never had this problem before] (end quotes). That's not the type of response you expect from someone who takes seriously customers complaint and adrres them.

The space was well designed: airy & open-plan. The shower and water pressure were excellent.

The mattress was too soft. The cooker, whilst it works fine, is old.

Lovely neat ground floor flat, neat and tidy and comfortable bed and lounge area. Table and chairs for breakfast use and parking space very useful 👌 Good communication from owners when needed due to weather conditions, we were so pleased we. we're able to make it when Storm Darragh subsided

A little further walk into Chichester than we thought, however we would have attempted it had the weather been less wet and windy, we used Elite taxis instead, very helpful gentleman there fitted us in to his busy schedule, recommended 😀 also property has nearby bus route and local Co-op, short cut through the car park very handy, many thanks 😊
