GBQuiet peaceful location with parking and a local shop within walking distance
Mold on bathroom ceiling and bedroom wall, mattress is very uncomfortable as is the sofa, both seem to be in need of replacement.
GBCheck in process was excellent and ran into the host and she was lovely. Excellent amenities and has recently been done up a bit.
Serious mould problem in the bathroom and behind the bed. The actual place smelt of it and had we read the recent reviews we would have looked at other accommodation. It is a hazard if you’re staying more than a night. Also, not a major deal but the freezer is completely frosted over so can’t open drawers (however freezer is not mentioned in the list of amenities so unfair to expect one).
GBBed was really comfy. Check in procedure easy.

Black mould on ceiling above the shower unit and in the corner of the bedroom. This could be treated and improve the look of the rooms. Duvet and pillows could do with up dating and replacing.

GBGBQuiet and comfortable. I slept very well and Kate was great when I requested an extra night. Not central but an easy and pleasant walk. Co-op nearby (ignore Googlemaps and take the car park shortcut). Free parking a real bonus. Overall, it was value for money in Chichester.
The shower room light and extractor fan were temperamental. Evidence of damp but nothing to worry about. Perhaps advise people to leave the shower room door open after a shower and the bedroom window locked but slightly ajar to boost ventilation? Could have done with a washing-up sponge/cloth.
