GBThe neighbour and her cat were very welcoming and I loved the comfortable chairs at the tea table. The shower is bloody awesome
I didn't like the light in the bathroom, it's too headache bright and comes on automatic. Using it in the middle of the night would wake me up as it was so intense. Even sunglasses didn't save me. Also there is some damp damage in bathroom and bedroom which isn't nice to be breathing in. Having said that it was my second stay and would return.

There is a touch of damp/mould in some areas of the ceiling, but nothing serious.
GBClean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay to see family including complimentary toiletries. We bought teabags etc but there was some here if you didn't. Free parking & dog friendly was the main reason we chose this place. The owner was very accommodating and let us check out a little later the next day.
We had an issue with the heating as it was freezing when we arrived and the thermostat wouldn't turn on. A quick conversation and the owner popped round and sorted it out within an hour. After that it warmed up fairly quickly and was fine for the rest of our stay.

Was further from town than believed from ad. A non slip shower mat in base of shower would make it safer. Some individual long life milk satchets for hot drinks would have been appreciated.
