Amazing location, friendly hosts, generous price

A place with simple facilities, but such soul and character. Julio, the owner, is the sweetest guy and he rescues dogs and cats from the street. We watched sports with him on his tv two nights in a row and had beers and pizza together. Really nice! The rooms were clean and the beds were good.

A great location - super close to the beach and also the main street. Julio is so friendly and made us feel right at home with teas and coffee in the morning. He also gave us local suggestions and even recommended a great private surf instructor for us.

Great place in a nice and quiet location, very rustic and simple with a great traditional beach feeling! Julio and Miguel are very nice and friendly people always willing to help, just a shame I couldn't extend!

All was good

The location was perfect, in front of the Point hostel, where you can eat/chill/party and come back at night at Los Almendros to sleep well. And it was only a minute away from the beach, very close to the center as well! Julio also let me check in early the day I arrived around 7 am after a long night bus and he also let me check out late the day I left, which I found really friendly!

The cabin was a bit too rustic and there were a lot of mosquitoes. But Julio provided mosquito coils which helped.

AMAZING location just across the beach in Mancora, I could listen to the ocean whenever I was in my room. I originally booked this place for 2 nights and ended up staying for 6 nights. Julio is an amazing host with a great energy to him, lovely to chat with even though my Spanish is not the best. There were a few mosquitos at night but Julio provided some incense for them, so that was very nice as well. Overall, great location for a great value in Mancora. You should stay here!

Pillows very good, mattress less

Rather simple room but it has everything that's needed. Very well located just a few meters from the beach and very near to the centre. Julio, the host, is so nice. I would definitely come back!
