Los Almendros de Máncora

I was travelling alone and I was sick during my stay at Los Almendros and Julio has been super kind and caring. He brought me tea and went to the market to buy me some fruits.

Absolutely loved my stay here, was immediately made to feel like family from the moment I arrived. Julio was incredibly accommodating and an instant friend. Treat him well! I will always think of my time spent there very fondly. The room was basic but very comfortable just steps from the beach. I've been missing it and the friends I made ever since I left.

There is a party hostel across the street that is quite loud every night. I personally found it to be very enjoyable but I could understand how it could be a bit much for others. But you know what they say.. if you can't beat them join them! Great place to hang out late.

The accomodation was run was lovely man call Julio. He went out of his way to check in on us and make our stay comfortable. We were allowed to check in our room very early, at 6am, after arriving on a night bus which was very kind. The room was big, simple and clean with a balcony. It was located a few steps from the beach and a short walk from bars and restaurants.

The host could not do enough to make sure I had a good stay

It was simple, but cheap - so no complaints. He allowed an early and late check in / out times which was amazing. So nice.
