USUSThe villa is clean. The location is very safe and close to the beach 🏖️. I like the check in process. It's easy to access the property. The air conditioner is cool and the apartment is clean. It's very quiet 🤫 and peaceful at Ocean 🪸 Villa.
For me, who was traveling with children. I wish to have amenities like hot coffee available and room service for clean towels and wash cloths.
USThe location is good, right on the beach. It is close to many attractions but not within walking distance, you do need a car. The onsite staff is great, they keep the grounds very clean
Because of maintenance issues we had to spend half our time in a smaller unit than we had paid for. I asked several times about credit for the difference in price for those days and was completely ignored, not even a response. There is no management staff onsite so I could not talk to them personally
USRight on the beach. Walkable to some restaurants. Clean. Responsive staff! Netflix. Parking was easy. I rented a car and there was parking right by my room.
USWe didn’t stay here because rooms had not been cleaned when we arrived. We arrived at 10:30pm after having booked the room in the morning. The hotel operator immediately agreed to refund our money but did not do so for two weeks.
Dirty rooms
HUVery chill and friendly staff, amazing location. There's a small outside kitchen and barbecue. The place is right next to the beach. The water is super shallow so not really suited for swimming but the sunsets were gorgeous.
