JPBeach easy access. The room was clean. Good location. We were comfortable during our whole stay.
Was not always able to connect to wifi. Need a more stable connection for netflix. A visual presentation or illustration of where to park for unit 106 to avoid confusion. The bathroom smells like bleach during our 1st night. Need curtains for windows to lessen sunlight.
KRLoved the hominess of my space. The little things like extra drawers and rugs really helped. Great location as well!
The shower water wasn’t very warm even after multiple attempts to raise the temperature.

USAmazing owner and amazing customer service. This place is right on the beach which was awesome. If I had an issue, I was able to reach out to the owner and he was able to fix it for me immediately. If and when I go back to Guam, I definitely will be staying here again!

I didn’t like the auto door lock always locking after closing the door. I understand why it’s there and would not change it. For those who leave the room and close the door, make sure you remember the code.
