Super confy rooms, great sunsets, awesome breakfast and food, friendly staff, good boat for diving!

Lots of noise at night, prostitutes around

Besides being super clean, comfortable and conveniently located, I really enjoyed the boho vibe, the sunsets and musical selection at the bar. The staff is really friendly and always with a smile.

Maybe the entrance could be better identified from the main road but it’s nothing really relevant.

This was the perfect stay and the best hotel I’ve had in Madagascar. The location is just perfect right on the public beach, and in the town of Ambaotolaka where there’s many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The facilities are top notch and up with western standards, and their attention to details is pristine. Then there’s the service which can take care of everything and the big breakfast. Also there’s the convenience of a diving center on site which is really professional.

The only thing I can think of is the presence of mosquitos in the room.. not sure if it’s avoidable in this location. Anyways from my experience this type of mosquito is not noisy nor aggressive .

The hotel is not big with very friendly and thoughtful staff, the location is good and safe, the rooms look wonderful with very special charm and authenttic African decoration. The diving center is well equipped, the dive masters are experienced, the 2 boats and the service on them are luxurious, the diving spots are nice worth to visit.

Diving was great. Zebra shark was definitely the highlight :-) Staff very helpful. Clean and spacious rooms with very good breakfast 👌

Everything was new and the location is great

The price to value is terrible. The property is clearly new and has things to work out before they can get anywhere close to justify what they are charging. We paid a large premium to stay here because we thought it would be worth it but ran into several issues- the shower was cold 2 of our days there, no conditioner or other basic amenities like cotton etc in the bathroom, the “ocean view” on some of the rooms barely had a view of water, bombarded by dogs (yes they are cute, but..) at breakfast in the morning, credit card fees on machine are 5% by the way, etc. None of these issues would have been a deal breaker at the right price, but for the price they are charging relative to other places it made no sense.
