The best host in Sicily, a great place to stay with a view and a great breeze from the ocean. Easy to get around by foot from the place.

I have been using booking.com for decades, and this is without a doubt the finest property I have ever stayed in. The apartment is so bright, so beautifully decorated, so clean and spacious. Absolutely everything you need is here; tons of cooking implements, dishes, oil etc. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in in years. Alida was a total sweetheart and bought yogurt, juice, water, biscuits,bottled tea. She was very responsive and enormously helpful. I absolutely recommend the apartment

Very clean and spacious, large apt. with a functional balcony and amazing view toward the sea. Very close to the train station and bus stop to Valley of the Temples. Large kitchen and bedroom, ample hot water, and kitchen well equipped. Host left some snacks and bottled water, coffee, even a little wine and some bitters. She was very helpful and communicative, and even offered me a ride to the train station as I left, because I had a heavy bag and sore foot. It was exceptionally quiet at night. It even had a washer and place to hang - dry clothes on the balcony.

The long stair climb down to the apartment, and back up again to the train station was daunting. Be prepared for a workout!

The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities for 4 adults on a short stay. The balcony was a great asset: a place for breakfast with views of the valley and the sea, and a quite area to relax after walking around the temples all day. There was a free public car space outside the front door for our car. It was a short walk to the end of the street for the Friday farmers market and stairs nearby to reach the top of the town for shopping. The host lives in the same complex so she was always nearby and made sure we were enjoying our stay.

Location is near to old city, just a new walking minutes away. Free parking on the street. Alida is a very caring host. She brought us self-made very delicious sausages and croquettes. When we left, she brought us self made jam as a gift.

Spacious, great view

Alida is the most welcoming, caring host one can imagine! Eg. she brought me home-made foods on more than one occasion, and she was always in touch to see if I needed anything. The view from the balcony over the valley down to the sea is marvellous, even if it includes some of the newer parts of town. The apartment is huge, well-furnished, with high ceilings, and all newly renovated. I was also surprised to find a small stock of coffee, tea, water etc. and various spices for cooking in the kitchen.

It's simply amazing! Alida's place was very clean, comfy and had everything I required. She was easy to communicate with and very helpful if I had any problems she replied promptly. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again 10/10 stars. Strongly recommend Albahome, if you are in Agrigento.

The apartment is comfortable and clean with good equipped kitchen. The host Alida is very caring and helpful. The view from the balcony is fantastic and is alone worth to stay there :) With Bus you get in about 30 min to the beach. I recommend San Leone. It is sandy clean and has many bars.

I wish there was an electric kettle or just a kettle to boil water, I had to do it in a pan and it was not very practical:)
