Location is absolutely stunning! Sea view is amazing

It is old, it smells like an old apartment. The water pressure in the shower and sink is very weak. You will hardly be able to wash her hair. Kitchen is old, moldy and very unpleasant to be in and to cook. The only pleasant room is the bedroom and corridor. Elevator did not work with the keys that we were given -and we had to carry our suitcases up to the third floor

Amazing location in the city centre and a direct sea view from the small balcony. Exellent service, clean, huge spacer, fully equipped kitchen

The bathroom door - You are not able to close it The toilet splash - it keeps running water for hours The bed - it squeaks every time you turn left or right

The apartment itself is lovely - great location. But that’s about all the positives.

Check in was an absolute nightmare - we had to walk almost 2 miles to get to the reception and back. The check in hours said until 23:00 on our booking confirmation, but then when we arrived it had already closed at 21:00. We couldn’t get into the apartment and no one was answering the phone - we received a response the morning after.. The door into the apartment is very awkward to unlock, and it’s in no way safe or secure - someone could easily force it open. The same with the balcony door - it didn’t even shut properly, yet alone lock. We didn’t feel safe in the slightest. Wi-Fi doesn’t work either. You cannot close the door to the bathroom and there is a constant noise of water running in there. The bedding is awful, duvet & mattress just covered with a light sheet so kept coming off, which was horrible because both the duvet and mattress were stained. Very noisy at night too.

The view from the room and location to the sea

I strongly DO NOT recommend this company. Their service is absolutely unacceptable, and their customer care is appalling. It all started when we went to their office to collect the keys They gave us four keys without bothering to explain which key was for what. This was just the beginning of our "quest". To get into the apartment, we had to unlock four doors, each with old, difficult-to-use locks. This took up a lot of time and nerves. The internet in the apartment didn't work, and we had to fix it ourselves. The air conditioners were leaking, creating puddles on the floor. We had to place buckets under them and wipe up the water instead of enjoying our holiday. The electric cooker also caused many problems. It turned out that it didn't work with half of the pots provided in the apartment. This took up even more of our time, which should have been spent relaxing. Additionally, the light in the bathroom was constantly on, and there was no way to turn it off, which was very annoying. The bidet also constantly leaked water, which was unpleasant. When I tried to contact the company about these issues, they listened to me for a few minutes, laughed, and then stopped answering my calls. In conclusion, Ostia Holiday is a waste of your time, money, and nerves. Avoid this place at all costs.

The location is great and the apartments are cozy. But that's where the positives end.

You don't want to leave this place because opening the entrance gate from the outside is a real quest. The toilet is leaking, the bathroom floor is constantly wet. You will have to buy toilet paper yourself. The electricity went out for a few days. Anything can happen and be prepared for the complete indifference of the Ostia Holiday staff to your problems. They do not answer messages and calls, the only way is to personally go to their office where you will hear that they have a lot of apartments, a lot of small problems in them and they cannot help you with anything. They look like hospitality and attention to the problems of guests is a very valuable resource and it cannot be spent. You have to rely only on yourself. The service of Ostia Holiday is terrible. It can ruin your vacation in fact.
