Location is good. The appartment big enough. The kitchen lacked some equipments.

The customer service of Ostia Holidays was very middle level The room check in was late 2 hours, beacuse the room was not cleaned. We recieved the keys almost 2 hours later, They gave us the wrong flat number, because it was occupied, and The Ostia Holidays support was very weak via Whats Up.

Great location, opposite the beach and the apartment is spacious and comfortable, friendly/helpful staff.

Bag storage and key pick up is at a different site. The toilet was leaking and there was water all over the bathroom floor, I almost slipped. They weren't able to fix it so I had towels over the floor and the area that was dripping.

When I arrived on the afternoon of July 15, I was instructed to go to a far-off location, the Ostia Holiday office, to collect the keys. They deceived me, claiming that my original sea-view room at 98 Lungomare Paolo Toscanelli, 00122 was under repair, so they gave me another room at Corso Duca di Genova 105. However, when I checked my originally booked location that day, I found my room was occupied! As a result, I had to stay in the room they assigned to me. It was a place without air conditioning, no WiFi, in a state of disrepair, and with curtains that wouldn’t close. I repeatedly communicated with Ostia Holiday, but the mobile WiFi they provided was also unusable. Here is a photo I took at 04:53 AM, showing a garbage truck collecting trash. The location, the apartment and check out

We arrived at the property and we had to ask the cleaning staff how to get into the apartment, we didn’t had any instructions. There wasn’t any toilet paper at the property. Beside this, all good.

The only thing is location, but because of the position the wind is very loud.

On 3 Pm when we should checkin the appartment was not clean. We waited 30 min to fast "clean" the apartment. The reception is 1 km distance walk from the apartment. We didn't received all the keys, and the cleaning team let us in the building. They send the information to the reception that we don't have all the keys (the courtyard key missing) and they told me that somebody will bring the key. Also we spoke with the reception on whatapp and told them that the key is missing, they confirm but we waited for the key to come .. but after 3 hours later we go to the reception. Again the persons from there ware super rude and after explaining again the problem they changed the key set with the remark that the key are the same. I show them that the old set of key is missing one and after that they say ok .. thats it .. it is good now. After we waited in the room for 3 hours and 1 hour after the checkin for the cleaning .. it was 8 PM. After all we didn't received any apologies.

The location is the best, in the center, right on the beach. The flat is comfortable and well-equipped.

No WIFI.

The apartment is in a good location across the road from the beach, with views from the balcony and plenty of restaurants in close proximity. The building has a lift/elevator, and the apartment is spacious and as described in the photos. The keys are collected a different location, if you know the area and have a car it's 5 mins away; if you're new in town plan ahead and map a route, the staff at the reception were friendly and quick.

We stayed 1 night between flight connections. Lovely place in a great location with all the basics. The apartment has a balcony with beautiful view of the pier and sea, and is close to many restaurants. The pier and street can be noisy at night, but balcony door tunes most of it out. Apartment has Air Conditioning and washer for laundry. Bus station with connection to the airport every half hour is about 450m away, and bus ride is about 35 minutes long.

The check in and key pick up is off site, about 850m away. The rental agency did communicate it in a message which I missed. We had little bit of hard time at first figuring out where the apartment is and navigating the check-in process. The rental agency answered my WhatsApp call immediately and provided instructions. My recommendation is to be aware of the check-in process and plan for a key pick up
