Appartement impeccable, clair et lumineux, très bien situé. Cuisine très fonctionnelle et grand frigo. Grand lit. Appartement calme. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

This is such a smart apartment - I’ve never seen anything like it before: phone charging directly on the nightstand, electric blinds, bathroom windows that open and close by remote control etc. It’s very modern and well-equipped, even more so than it looks in the pictures. It’s also very nicely located, within walking distance of Ortigia.

The blue light from the Wi-Fi router stayed on all night, right next to the bed - I had to cover my eyes.

It’s a very modern accommodation, partially a smart room, as it had features like remote-controlled lights, a toothbrush sanitizer, and more. I also appreciated the free parking spot, which saved us the hassle of searching for one. Another great aspect was the location—it was very close to the city center, just a 15-minute walk away. Communication with the host was easy, and she provided us with many great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. One suggestion from me: consider adding a flexible TV mount so the screen can be rotated towards the bed. Currently, it’s not positioned for comfortable viewing from there. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return to this accommodation in the future!

Perfect apartment, we spent a wonderful 3 nights. Very close to the old town, in a quiet and peaceful place. Everything is new and extremely clean, equipped with everything you can think of. A wonderful terrace where we drank our morning coffee and enjoyed the rising sun. Perfect WiFi and Netflix. The connection with Rosanna is very easy and fast. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who would like to visit Siracusa 🥰

Everything is new, clean and thoughtful. Free street parking nearby. We feel very safe here. Less than 10 min walk to supermarkets.

I could only recommend. Communication was fast and the host really nice person. I must highlight furnishing of the apartment, such as lighting option. Consider this apartment, especially for 2 person.

Everything was great

Many details in the apartment. The room has lots of light, everything is in perfect condition. Has a kitchen with everything that's needed. Was very clean and easy to get to, and to park around the building for free. Would recommend 100%
