I had a truly amazing 4-night stay in this apartment. The photos don’t quite capture how bright, airy, functional, and cozy the space really is. The quality of the materials used is evident, and you can feel the attention to detail in everything—from the kitchenware to the toiletries, towels, and bed linens. It really felt like a home away from home, only better. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, but on a quiet street. The bridge to Ortigia is just a stone's throw away, and many of the top sights, like Neapolis, Santuario della Madonna delle Lacrime, Basílica de Santa Lucía del Sepulcro, where the famous Caravaggio painting is exhibited, and the square where the same painting themed graffiti can be seen, are all very close. I walked everywhere, which made it so convenient. Plus, there's a large supermarket (Deco) and a great shop for pre-cooked meals (Profumo di pollo) nearby. Rosanna, the owner, is a kind and helpful host. She gave great advice on where to eat and was a pleasure to communicate with. I look forward to hopefully returning someday!

The modern renovation puts this apartment way above most others. Balcony, plenty of space and charging points, wifi and good kitchen. Located in the middle of the recommended ’places to explore’.

This place is true gem - I want to move in! You can reach Ortigia within a 10 mins walk. The place is cosy, bright and beautifully decorated, everything is clean, very modern and hightech. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a microwave/oven combination. The bathroom has a great walk in shower, clever light concept and was perfectly clean. The bed is big and comfy and even has charging lots. WiFi worked well, after we figured out the password problem. Rosanna is always reachable, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend and Wörth the money!

The water pressure is really low, which is annoying when showing and doing the dishes. More of a tipp than a flaw: get a lid for the pan and maybe leave some instructions for the oven and the window blinds (couldn't quite figure it out).

Best place to stay in Syracuse! It is located in a nice central area, close to the attractions. The apartament is very clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. We felt very good staying here. There are a lot of free parking spaces near the building.

The kindness of the host, the location. It’s 15 minutes walk from Ortygia but unlike Ortygia you can park in the neighbouring streets. Good restaurant recommendations.

Newly renovated apartment. Very nice and modern. Walking distance to city center. Parking is free in street in neighborhood but you have find free spot (we were lucky to park in front of apartment). It was not overcrowded in septembar.

From the easy check-in and location to how the apartment was organized, we really enjoyed our stay!

It was very close to Ortigia, had a nice balcony . The studio is newly refurbished.

No washing machine, but I knew from the beginning.
