Prachtig gebouw op een geweldige locatie!

De kamer was heel lelijk, klein, met een flink beschadigd plafond en met uitzicht op een parkeerplaats en een vervallen gebouw.

Room cold. Hot water took ages. Reception sorted it out tho. Decor looking very tired. Rooms need overhaul.

"Good to look at from the outside but disappointing once in"

Beautiful location with a fine view of Ben Lomond, and convenient parking

Room and ensuite were cold, hotel as a whole including breakfast room seemed to have heating turned off. Single bed mattress just too firm to be comfortable. Ridiculously complicated room TV system with no instructions. Self-service breakfast adequate but uninspiring.

Die Unterkunft hat gutes Essen und einen sehr freundlichen Service.

Leider hat booking.com Probleme beim Buchen! Ich habe inzwischen bei mehreren Hotels bemerkt, dass Booking ein Zimmer bucht und dem Gast entsprechend bestätigt, dem Hotel aber ein meist günstigeres Zimmer für den Gast bestätigt! Ich musste 100 Pfund zusätzlich bezahlen, damit ich das Zimmer bekam, das ich gebucht hatte. Booking hat hier nunmehr die Hälfte übernommen.

"A hotel on the loch"

Impressive looking fronted building, nice oak wooden walled reception, reception staff friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet was tasty. Bed was comfortable.

Creeky floors, but nothing that would put me off staying again. It's not the most dressed up bedroom room but it has a comfy bed in a great location.
