The staff in the Tarbert Hotel are the most friendly staff I have ever experienced and I have stayed in loads of hotels over the years. Thats what makes this Hotel in a different class from.other Hotels.

The Hotel maybe requires a bit of tlc but not too much as it still has the old worldly feeling. It would be criminal to destroy.

Location and staff

The food bill was in error and the rectification was poorly dealt with.

Cool hotel by the lake. Fabulous staff, especially the head bartender. And a friendly ghost in the restaurant! We will be back.

Nice location, beautiful building, friendly and professional staff,very good breakfast, lovely communal areas , for comfort, beautiful scenery,overlooking Loch Lomond.comfortable rooms, good choice of tea/coffee in room ,

Could offer non slip shower mats, for safety, bathroom not fully accessible to reach towels, could have a better layout.

Ulkoa ihanan näköinen hotelli ja mukavat yleiset tilat. Huoneet ovat tilavat. Hyvä sijainti.

Huoneet ovat melko vanhoja. Äänieristys on melko olematon. Aamiainen oli hieman vaatimaton. Lämmitys oli todella kuumalla, mutta onnistuimme onneksi sulkemaan patterit.
