Hotel is a bit of a maze and there is a knack to locking your room door that should be explained.

Great location, even more so if traveling by public transport. Attractive old building.

The property is fine and usefully provides refreshments/meals all day long as Tarbet is just a hotel, pier and a few holiday cottages.

The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly.

The room was fairly basic but had everything we needed for a one night stop over.
