PANORAMA Condotel by HLG

We loved our stay. Smooth and seamless check-in, friendly and attentive staff at the front desk in the lobby, they immediately took all our luggage and brought it up to our room for us. Spacious comfortable room with great balcony and incredible view. We would definitely stay again.

Roof Pool and restaurants

Room service took our towels first clean took 4hrs to get more , and the toilet paper was never replaced, we had to keep getting more bed was very uncomfortable. Nightclub was very loud of a night time no early nights. No safe in room and TV hardly worked couldn't tune it in.

The hotels photos and advertising indicates the rooftop pool is part of the hotel, however this is not the case and is owned by a separate hotel. I found this out on the first day when I was informed by staff at the roof top pool that access to the area would cost $100,000 dong per day. I raised my concerns with the duty manager, who in a belligerent manner informed me that I should have reviewed the hotels website to confirm the facilities available at her hotel. The duty manager did not share my view that the information regarding access to the roof top pool should have been provided in the Booking.com advertisement.

40th pool but you need to pay to use it the normal pool is closed

the lifts are a nightmare you need to allow 15 minutes to go up or down Australian credit cards are not accepted to pay for rooms the hotel is run by different chains and you don’t always get what’s advertised tv in each room is different

Great central location. Room was spacious and views were amazing (I was 19th floor, in deluxe suite with sea view). Gym looked very good although i didnt end up using it. Hotel Pool was OK although not very big for the size of the hotel (There is also a 360 degree infinity pool on the 41st floor which is very cool, but you have to pay 100k vnd daily to use as it's owned by another group). Breakfast buffet was big, quality was average but suitable for the price (220k vnd/14 aud). Hotel staff were polite and friendly, only a few had enough English to be able to assist with basic queries though.

Rooms are nice but ageing, paint flaking off walls, chips in walls/doors etc (Nha Trang in particular was hit by lack of international income during covid so potentially upkeep has been limited related to this?) Mini fridges were not very cold (anything on the bottom shelf was almost room temperature (which means 20+°C) and no safe in room. Lifts were super slow and not well programmed and had no fan/aircon. Getting in contact with the hotel prior to my trip was super hard work. I called 3 different numbers I found online for the hotel after my email went unanswered. The first 2 were answered by people who were clearly not in a hotel and didnt speak english (out on bikes?). Eventually got on to someone who was very helpful (i later found out they were "the host" but not actually a part of the Panorama Hotel) and he was then in contact via WhatsApp several times before i arrived. The email I sent with questions about my reservation and hotel pick up via booking.com was answered 10 days later, a week after I arrived.

Great location, clean rooms with nice view.

Laundry service was pricey and our clothes came back wet.
