Panorama is in the best location, very modern and represents excellent value for money. While breakfast and the rooftop pool are not included in the price they are well priced and very good facilities. The additional charge helps to keep the crowds away which is a great.

With 1,000+ rooms there are often waits for the lifts. You also need to mindful that this isn't your usual full service hotel it is in fact a massive residential complex that has 10+ resellers/booking agents for the rooms.

Location was great.

We checked in but when we arrived at the room it was still being cleaned. Told to go to the foyer and wait. Didn't end up getting into the room until 2:30pm. Advised when checking in that we had to pay a fee for the room key which would be refunded when we checked out. As we needed 2 keys we had to pay double. No mention was made of that when we booked. Bizarre to be told we had to pay for the key. Very sterile reception that seem more interested in money than providing a welcoming experience. It is a pity as it has great potential but just don't seem to get it. Maybe it is because it is so busy they are just going through the motions to recycle people through.

Did not provide hand towels and wash cloths. Sink drained really slow. Nice kitchenette but need utensils cooking wear.

Put is this way…. I checked out within 24hrs. cutting my booking from 7 days to just one I lost money because was so bad. Too much noise coming from street - this place is NOT soundproof. 1st room stunk because the plumbing is broken. 2nd room the air conditioning was not maintained, the room was not cleaned thoroughly and there was moisture/mildew/mould in a few places. For the money charged, no. better somewhere else. BTW - this property has at least four other listings, under different names and slightly different rates - be vigilant with what you book. not my first time I have relied on Booking.Com and the property has been substandard or not what was expected via reviews/photos

I got confused with the Panorama options. Thought we would have a Balcony.

No phone in the room. Fridge went off if you went out.
