AC takes ages to cool the family room, especially in the afternoon. Wifi wasn't working for half of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here - the family was so kind and helpful really great place ! Location could not be better , definitely recommended.

The owner was very friendly, but the rest of the staff was not very welcoming. The place is right at the main beach, with a few food options around.

Most of the time, the staff was not available for questions or wasn’t even at the place. We felt like being part of some tourist mass processing.

I had a fantastic stay at Freedom Beach Arugam Bay! The staff, especially Krish, who manages the place and also runs a surf school next door, was incredibly supportive and friendly throughout my stay. Krish's surfing expertise and enthusiasm added a special touch to the experience. The room was average in terms of amenities, but considering the value for money, it was a solid choice. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a laid-back beach getaway with great staff and surfing opportunities.

Me and my friend came for 3 night, and eventually stayed for the hole month. Krish samanthis and the crew are amazing, they made us delisius food and make us feel like were part of the family. Highly recomended place Would defenetly come back next time im in arugam bay

Cozy place just in front of the beach. It's a lovely family business with a special kinda charm. The season was just getting started when I stayed there, so not everything was running super smooth yet, but they all went out of their way to make sure everything was ok for me. This is something I truly appreciate.
