GBThe pakistani and bengali junior staff are really helpful.
No room service. Same towels and sheets for 5 days. They don’t empty the bins. Poor soundproofing. You hear everything in other rooms. No one speaks english (be prepared for this). Food is overpriced. Rest of the service staff is cold and nonchalant.
GBLocation was a bit further from haram than I ideally wanted, but bus service is very efficient it comes every 10-15 minutes. This was a good hotel that had everything I needed and my room was available at very short notice. Yahya and the rest of the staff were very helpful.
