USThe staff behavior was really rude, and they don't know a second language except Arabic. There is no laundry in the hotel. The door fobs were not working properly and every day it needs to reconfigure in the front desk. The floor carpet is very dirty.

I booked the hotel in booking.com for $63 the hotel management charged me $73
