Aircond baru. Nice. Ada tindakan bila dapat complain.

Tiada lift. Toilet tak betul2 hygine. Kami ada masalah dengan penggunaan shower di toilet dan paip air yg slow dalam toilet tetapi staff di kaunter bila kita berurusan dengan dia, sangat rude. Letak telefon padahal customer tak habis cakap lagi. Penambahbaikan di bilik2 hanya dilakukan bila customer complain. Mengganggu privasi. Sepatutnya lakukan inspection berkala dan repair dulu semua sebelum bagi bilik pada customer.

Overall is good. Even it is cheap, it is so comfortable. Clean. Will consider to come here again if we don't find any homestay available for our stay next time.
